XSML announces first close of African Rivers Fund at USD 45 million

Today, XSML, the fund manager active in Central Africa, announced the first close of the African Rivers Fund at USD 45 million. The African Rivers Fund is XSML’s second fund under management, after its maiden fund the Central Africa SME Fund (CASF), bringing total assets under management to USD 65 million.

Central Africa SME Fund reaches final close at USD 19 million

Today, Dutch fund manager XSML announced the final close of its Central Africa SME Fund (CASF). With increased commitments from two of its existing investors, FMO and Lundin Foundation, the fund reached a final close of USD 19 million.
